Terms of delivery
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona (Spain).
Assembling goods for shipment usually takes 0-2 days, for goods that are in a remote warehouse or in transit 2-4 days.
If the order amount is more than 150 euros, delivery is free, with less than the amount - 20 euros.
Delivery of goods is carried out by national postal services (for your convenience, we provide a tracking number by which you can track the parcel).
Delivery time can range from 3 to 21 days - depending on the workload of postal services and the region of delivery. Delivery in Central Europe usually takes from 3 to 7 days, in Spain from 3 to 5 days, to Eastern Europe from 5 to 14 days, in the CIS from 14 to 21 days.
When delivering to countries outside the European Union, it is recommended to clarify the conditions for customs clearance of parcels in the recipient's country. Our store does not pay customs clearance costs. When delivered to EU countries, the parcels are not subject to any additional duties.
The store is not responsible for the actions of the postal services in the recipient's country (except Spain), but is always ready to assist in disputes on an individual basis.
If your package was not delivered for any reason, such as an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, etc., as a rule, it will be returned back to us. Please note that we can return the funds paid for the goods only in the case when the parcel was returned to our warehouse and its composition was checked. You will receive a refund of the amount paid in the same way as the payment for the order was made. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
We always try to complete all orders placed as much as possible, but nevertheless, sometimes there are cases when some product is out of stock and is not expected to arrive. In this case, we will contact you and offer alternative products that you may be interested in, or offer a refund for these products.
