You can cancel your order at any time before its delivery to you by the courier.

After delivery and acceptance of your order you can return your purchase within 14 calendar days. All

categories of merchandise are eligible for return.

Return Policy for Quality Items.

You can return a quality item within 14 calendar days of delivery and acceptance of the order.

A quality item can be returned only subject to the following conditions:

  • It is in new condition (original packaging, manufacturer labels and tags, seals);
  • Product characteristics of the item are maintained;
  • The item has no signs of usage;
  • The item is clean, without marks;
  • It is returned with documents verifying the purchase.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to accept the returned item.

In order to return an item that you have already received:

  1. Complete a RETURN FORM attached to your order. If you lost the Return Form or it was missing, please download it here (link) and print it out.
  2. Enclose the completed Return Form along with your returned order.
  3. Send all your merchandise to us using standard postal services at the following address: Algirdo G. 37, LT-03217 Vilnius, Lithuania.

The buyer shall bear all return shipping costs when returning quality merchandise. Return shipping costs shall not be refunded in the event of a refund of the cost of quality merchandise.

Your quality item can be returned to us without using postal services by bringing it to our office at the following address: Algirdo G. 37, LT-03217 Vilnius, Lithuania. Office hours: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

If you meet all return conditions, we will refund the full amount paid for the returned item within 14 calendar days of acceptance of the returned item. You will receive a refund to your bank card that the order was paid with.

Return Policy for Defective Items.

You can return a defective item within 14 calendar days of delivery and acceptance of the order.

If you have discovered hidden manufacturing defects in the item, describe the defects in detail in writing, take pictures of them, if possible, and send them to us at support@x3mboardshop.com. We will respond within 5 days of receipt of your letter.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item, describe it to us, if possible, attach pictures and send your letter to us at support@x3mboardshop.com. We will respond within 5 days of receipt of your letter.

Upon receipt of the defective item, we will examine the quality of the item. If we find the defects specified in the Return Form or your email regarding the returned item, we will refund you the amount paid for the returned item within 14 calendar days of its acceptance. You will receive a refund to your bank card that the order was paid with.

The seller shall bear all return shipping costs of the return of the defective item. Return shipping costs shall be refunded together with the purchase amount paid for the defective item.
