How to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment from the warehouse of X3M Boardshop online store. To cancel your order please send an email to support@x3mboardshop.com. Be sure to indicate your order number.

After that, we will cancel your order and refund its price within 14 calendar days.

To cancel the order after shipment from the warehouse, please send an email to support@x3mboardshop.com. We will suspend your order and refund the price of the items, excluding shipping costs, within 14 calendar days.

How to change my order?

To change the order prior to shipment from the warehouse, please send an email to support@x3mboardshop.com.

To add something to your order, place another order, and if your previous order has not been shipped yet, we will merge these orders so that you save on shipping. To merge orders, please send an email to support@x3mboardshop.com.

It is possible to remove items from your order only prior to shipment from the warehouse. After shipment it would not be allowed. Money for items removed will be returned within 14 calendar days. It is possible to substitute one item for another only prior to shipment and only on condition that items are equivalent in value. It is possible to substitute one item for another of different value only after full cancellation of the order prior to shipment from the warehouse. It would be possible to fully cancel your order after shipment, provided that the shipping fee (whether paid or not) is not refundable.
