Delivery Terms
The orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday, shipment is performed during the same days.
The orders paid are delivered by the EMS courier service.
Delivery time depends on your location and the selected tariff, delivery time is about 3 to 21 days (this period may be extended due to the remoteness of the delivery region).
EMS Delivery
Your order will be delivered by EMS, and you will be able to pick it up at the nearest post office. The post office will inform you about incoming orders. There is no extra charge upon delivery! Free shipping for all orders over 95 EUR! Shipping costs 15 EUR if your order is less than 95 EUR. Delivery time depends on your location and is about 7 to 21 days. Tracking is available for this tariff and will be automatically sent to your e-mail within two days after shipping your order. Express EMS Delivery
Your order will be delivered by EMS to your door as soon as possible! Before the arrival, an EMS’s courier will call you and tell the exact delivery time. There is no extra charge upon delivery! Free shipping for all orders over 300 EUR! Shipping costs 22 EUR if your order is less than 300 EUR. Delivery time depends on your location and is about 3 to 21 days. Attention! – It is NOT allowed to open or check the contents of the package upon courier delivery! The courier does not take back packages opened.
If you find any mismatch or other force majeure situation, contact us by e-mail support@x3mboardshop.com within 7 calendar days after receiving the order. We will help you!
In case of refusal to accept the order upon delivery, your order will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund the price within 60 calendar days from the date of order placement. In this case, shipping cost paid will not be refunded!
